BC7777 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BC7777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the BC7777 website, mobile application and all related services accessible at bc7777.onl.

By accessing the BC7777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of what is written here, you should not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between BC7777 and every player who uses the service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on BC7777. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

Information Required

During registration you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a valid email address. This information must be truthful and kept up to date. BC7777 may require additional verification documents including national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification.

Account Verification

BC7777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard platform security practices. You may be asked to complete full verification before a withdrawal is processed or if unusual account activity is detected. Providing false or misleading information during verification is a breach of these Terms.

Account Currency

All BC7777 accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This is the base currency for deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and any winnings. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage for PKR accounts.

4. Deposits & Payments

BC7777 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players making PKR deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods and any minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically processed instantly and your playing balance is updated in real time. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on the processing bank. BC7777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

Player Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your BC7777 account belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal or fraudulent activity. BC7777 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds if a deposit appears unusual or disproportionate to the account's verified profile.

Failed or Disputed Deposits

If a deposit does not reflect in your balance within the expected processing time, contact BC7777 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate payment before contacting support as this can cause double-billing issues that take longer to resolve.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. BC7777 reserves the right to process withdrawals to any verified payment method associated with the account if the original method is unavailable.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must comply with their applicable wagering requirements before the related balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.
• BC7777 may conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which can affect processing times.

Processing Times

Most standard withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of the request being submitted and verified. During high-traffic periods, such as major PSL match days or T20 tournament finals, processing may take slightly longer. BC7777 will always communicate any delays via the player's registered contact details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BC7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are denominated in PKR and are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through separate accounts is fraud and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players who have not previously held a BC7777 account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• BC7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a bonus will be notified of any material changes.

Bonus Abuse

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on BC7777 — whether on sports markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports, or on casino games, slots, live dealer tables or bingo — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each product.

Bet Acceptance

BC7777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. Do not assume a bet is active without a confirmed reference.

Void Bets & Errors

Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake may be voided by BC7777. In such cases the original stake is returned to the player's balance. BC7777 will not honour winnings derived from obvious pricing errors or technical faults.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• Cricket markets including PSL, T20 and bilateral series are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, individual market settlement rules apply and are displayed within each market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and server response times. BC7777 cannot be held responsible for bets not being accepted due to network interruptions on the player's side.
• Football and esports markets follow equivalent settlement principles based on official results from the relevant governing bodies.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on BC7777 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any player action beyond standard gameplay. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game information panel.

8. Player Conduct

BC7777 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match fixing or using inside information to place bets on sports events — this includes cricket, PSL and any other sport available on BC7777.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain.
• Using another person's account, payment method or personal information without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing BC7777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BC7777 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. BC7777 staff will never ask for your password — if anyone claiming to represent BC7777 asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent contact.

Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BC7777 support immediately so that the account can be secured. BC7777 cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you report unauthorised access, but will investigate all such reports promptly.

Device Security

Keep the device you use to access BC7777 secure. Avoid logging in over public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks. If you use the BC7777 mobile app, ensure your device is protected with a PIN, fingerprint or face lock. Always log out of your account when using a shared device.

10. Privacy & Data

BC7777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used for account management, verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and improving the platform experience for Pakistani players. All data is stored on secured servers with access controls in place.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure

BC7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering purposes.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Unusual betting patterns suggest match fixing or collusion.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the player or from an authorised third party acting on the player's behalf.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances in accounts closed for security or fraud reasons will be held pending investigation. BC7777 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your BC7777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and any active bonuses have been settled. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive real-money balance will have that balance returned via the player's verified payment method.

13. Limitation of Liability

BC7777 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for losses caused by:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BC7777's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of the funds held in that player's verified account at the time the claim arises. BC7777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

14. Changes to These Terms

BC7777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification with a reasonable period of notice before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the BC7777 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
